OUR CHEF
Nishikane’s well thought up dishes exude both elegance and creativity, specially curated by Chef Nobuhiro Nishi. Chef Nobu hails from a long lineage of Japanese cuisine chefs - the original Nishikane has been operating in his family for over six generations. OUR VENUE
The interior design of Nishikane hints at the heritage of Chef Nishi's hometown of Fukui, on the bay of the Sea of Japan. The centerpiece Kumiko is a museum grade art piece, crafted by hand using wood of different regions of Japan. Seating 12 guests at our 11-meter counter, and 4 guests in our private room.
