Sake Labo plays host to Casa Portuguesa, a 3-month collaboration between Portuguese Chef Tiago Martins and homegrown hospitality group Hedonism Hospitality. As the name suggests, the pop-up concept of Casa Portuguesa is styled after a taberna (Portuguese equivalent of bistro or trattoria) where
we will be presenting a limited menu that showcases typical Portuguese favourites in sharing plates portions, very much like a Portuguese ‘celebração’ – feast.

Chef Tiago has an illustrious career, boasting more than 20 years of culinary experience. With a passion for bringing the diversity of Portuguese flavours to his diners through his cooking, Casa Portuguesa will also be a celebration of Tiago’s culinary lineage from Portugal.

The pop-up menu carefully curated by Tiago to be reminiscent of a sojourn in Portugal. Expect dishes that are playful and bold, with inspirations from native culinary techniques and ingredients from Portuguese trade routes.
